Ace of Cakes cancelled on the Food Network station

Following next year, Goldman, the 35-year-old celebrity baker on the reality television program "Ace of Cakes," won’t be a regular sight on the Food Network station. In Jan, the show will start airing its 10th and last season.

No more ‘Ace of Cakes’ on the Food Network

Sunday the Food Network made a statement about "Ace of Cakes" which is currently in its 10th year, report the Associated Press. This could be the final year of the show. The cameras will not be there without Food Network promoting it, although Duff Goldman and his crew at Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, M.D., will be continuing business. Goldman also confirmed the show’s closing chapter in a statement on the Charm City Cakes site :

It’s true: All good things must come to an end. Ace of Cakes’ 10th season, set to air in January, will be our last.

About three weeks ago, we completed filming and wished a tearful goodbye to our beloved crew from Authentic Entertainment (and threw a rager of a wrap party).

There are, of course, lots of mixed feelings about this news …

Duff Goldman helps to make the ‘Ace of Cakes’ program with Charm City Cakes

The unusual cakes made by Jeffery Adam "Duff" Goldman have made him quite famous. Charm City Cakes was opened by the Michigan-born man in 2000. Business grew, and so did the need to hire more employees. Goldman got some sculptors, painters and architects together rather than pastry chefs for employees.

Also, all the Goldman cakes are created in Charm City Cakes which is a bakery with a ton of torches, drills and grinders.

What the conclusion of Ace of Cakes looks like

Some of the best ratings for prime-time showings were given to Ace of Cakes. The Food Network channel typically would not do that well. All good things have to end though, just as Goldman said. However, considering the man’s love for all cakes beautiful and weird, supporters are hoping they’ll get another piece of “Ace of Cakes” on other Food Network programs.
