Secret Society of Women offers mysteries with secrecy

There is yet another place online to share. The Secret Society of Women is built for women. The Secret Society was founded by reporter Lisa Ling. The site seems to have true staying power. It has only been around for a few months, but is already growing. Don't feel concerned, this is not yet an additional thing that you’d need to take out a personal cash loan simply to enroll in. Resource for this article – Secret Society of Women provides anonymous sharing by MoneyBlogNewz.

The reason for beginning the Secret Society of Women

Lisa Ling co-founded the Secret Society of Women site. Ling was in a hard time of her life. A miscarriage had hurt her. This led her to the website. She explained women need “a confidential, anonymous community to share experiences and soak up advice and words of wisdom from other women.” Early Nov. had been when the website got put up. On "The View" on December 7, Ling announced it.

A community intended for sharing

There are two things encouraged by the Secret Society of Women's website. Building a community and sharing secrets are these two things. Sharing secrets can happen in various different areas. "Daily Wish," "Favorite Things" and "Wisdom" are all examples of categories accessible to post in. All the sharing on the site can be done anonymously if tried. An e-mail address and username are required for registering though.

More than Secret Society of Women for sharing secrets

Secret Society of Women wasn't the first secret-sharing online place. It is just the most recent. A blog called PostSecret has built a huge community and following from simply posting postcards containing people’s secrets onto a blog. The internet gives great anonymity. That means that many are willing to share secrets from personal lives on it. The Secret Society of Women is in numerous ways a very general community, but the large following it is building is sure to make it a popular one.
